Making Music Customers Feel Secure
I have been using Cafe Press since I started Latch Music. Until recently I had only used Cafe Press as a place for Latch Music T-shirts, mugs and so on. I now sell music all my music at Cafe Press, The Latch Music Store. I have sold my CD’s at other music places that were here to day and gone today. Cafe Press has been the most stable company that I have had my products involved. Having all my music products in one place at the Latch Music Store with a strong company like Cafe Press has made my Internet work more efficient. I upgraded The Latch Music Store to a Premium Shop to be able to sell all my CD’s and have greater control of my products. Cafe Press has been around since 1999, the same year the Latch Music website started. The most important step I have learned about creating a successful business on the Internet is making customers feel secure about spending their money. Cafe Press is clear and concise about their customer service information. The customer service that Cafe Press provides will make the customer of any Independent Artist more confident about their purchase. With Cafe Press your creative product is made according to each order which allows you more artistic freedom. No need to worry about your product overhead. You may be able to make a bit more money if you produce a thousand units of your art and do-it-yourself. I would rather have a smaller profit margin with each item sold and provide better customer service. Better customer service in the long run will create more sales with fewer headaches. Cafe Press is worth the time to check out.
